This CNC router machine for molds has a longer horizontal and vertical stroke length, which can meet the needs of mold manufacturing with multiple sizes and requirements. It is mainly used for foam and wood mold carving. This machine is also equipped with an automatic tool changing system and a rotary axis, making 3D carving faster and more accurate.
This model CNC router machine uses 9kw air cooled spindle with high power, fast speed, and high efficiency. The airspeed can reach over 35 meters per minute, and the manufacturing speed can reach over 20 meters per minute when engraving on the wave plate.
This CNC router machine with 4 axis, the spindle can rotate 180 degree, making 3D and cylindrical carving more excellent. Widely used in the construction, decoration, and stone processing industries,and the cnc router machine for foam with rotary axis,engraving the modl will more accurate.
